How Kia is Helping Those Impacted by Hurricane Helene

by Client

The Client team is proud to be a part of the Kia family. Kia doesn’t just craft some of the best vehicles in the world; the brand is also committed to making the world a better place through initiatives, partnerships, sustainability, and charity. Kia responded to the recent Hurricane Helene disaster by supporting both Kia owners and relief efforts by the American Red Cross.

Assistance for Kia Owners

Kia is offering immediate assistance for eligible Kia owners whose vehicles have been damaged beyond repair by Hurricane Helene in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Kia owners with an insurance claim for loss of a vehicle in the storm are eligible for up to $500 towards the purchase or lease of a new Kia between October 4, 2024, and January 2, 2025. While this assistance won’t replace what’s been lost, we hope that it will help alleviate stress while those in the southeast rebuild their lives.

Donation to the American Red Cross

To further support relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Helene, Kia donated $250,000 to the American Red Cross, a nonprofit organization that quickly mobilized to assist those affected by the storm. This donation is an extension of Kia’s “Accelerate the Good” charitable program, which has provided more than $30 million to those in need since 2019.

Kia isn’t the only one taking care of the community. The Client team loves to partner with local charities and events to support our clients, friends, and neighbors. If you want to learn more about our community initiatives or join the Client family, contact us today.
